We are looking for someone who can bring structure, energy, and leadership to a busy operation ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time, every time.

Salary:€50,000 Duties: Warehouse Operations Lead day-to-day warehouse activities to meet key targets Manage and support team leaders and warehouse staff Maintain high standards in health, safety, and food quality Oversee stock control, weekly counts, and accurate reporting Improve warehouse performance (speed, accuracy, cost) Keep records updated (e.g. temperature logs, compliance checks) Support staff development and engagement with HR Transport Operations Plan and manage domestic seafood transport across Ireland Maintain and optimise the master transport schedule Reduce empty trailer space and manage transport costs Ensure legal compliance (tachograph data, customs, Brexit rules) Build strong supplier relationships and backup plans Track key KPIs like cost per kg and delivery accuracy Oversee POD returns and documentation Provide reports for operational meetings Be available for weekend cover, trade shows, or training Skills: 510 years' experience in warehouse and transport management Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with national transport operations and logistics contracts Solid understanding of H&S, food safety, and compliance Great attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment Relevant qualification in logistics, business, or related area Willing to support weekend operations when required If you would like to hear more regarding this position, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Leanne Thornton or call Leanne on .
