Temporary Employee Relations Administrator Position in Dublin - hays-gcj-v4-pd-online

Your new company

As Employee Relations Administrator, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland.

Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City and offers a hybrid work model.

Your new company requires you to join their team for 3 months to cover sick leave.


Your new role

As Employee Relations Administrator, you will provide general administrative support in relation to all employee relations matters such as performance management, disciplinaries, occupational assessment coordination, ER data analysis and PowerPoint creation.


What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience within a HR environment providing administrative support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required.

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy combined with strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills is essential.

You will be able to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

You will have strong communication skills with the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
