SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT ANALYST - LITHUANIAN SPEAKER

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Analyst to help shape a safer and more positive digital space.

We offer:

• A full-time, permanent contract with Covalen

• A choice of day shift (9am to 5:30pm) or evening shift (6pm to 2am) from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and bank holiday work

• A base annual salary of €31k, with 10% Quarterly Bonus, OTE 34k

Evening shift has an additional 25% increase from 10pm to 2am, plus travel allowance, bringing total potential earnings up to €41k

• 25 days of annual leave, private healthcare, and pension contributions

You need:

Fluency in Lithuanian (C1/C2) and English (C1)

A valid Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport (required)

In-depth cultural understanding and awareness of current affairs in the region

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills

Your Role:

• Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support and abusive content, via our ticketing system

• Enforce community guidelines by addressing reports of abuse on the platform

• Stay updated on clients' products and community standards

• Use your regional insights to provide scalable solutions and support the online community

• Analyse data to continuously enhance user experience

• Spot trends and escalate critical issues to the global team

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Please note, this role may involve reviewing sensitive content, so working from our office in Sandyford - D18 - is essential.
