Through the national Progressing Disabilities Services (PDS) model, their Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) deliver family-centred services that empower children and young people with complex needs to achieve their full potential.
Role Overview
As a Senior Grade Social Worker, you will take a leading role in providing a comprehensive range of social work services to children and young people (0–18 years) and their families.
Working within a dynamic interdisciplinary framework, you will deliver expert assessments and interventions through a family-centred approach.
This senior position involves clinical leadership, service development, and the supervision and mentoring of staff grade social workers and students.
Your work will span various settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and the community.
