**Minimum qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 2 years of experience in program or project management.

+ Experience in commercial operations, vendor management and vendor negotiations, including agreement management.

+ Experience with networking or data center operations agreements.



**Preferred qualifications:**



+ 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

+ Experience in a global financial and commercial operations environment.

+ Experience in the networking/telecom specifically with Telecom Expense Management (TEM).

**Responsibilities**



+ Manage a commercial operations program and ensure things run smoothly.

+ Oversee end-to-end execution of a global multi-disciplinary commercial operations environment supported by TVCs and FTEs (contracts, payments, systems, financial governance).

+ Financial Project Management and Scalable Controls for Submarine Network Infrastructure projects.

+ Develop operational and governance frameworks to monitor the execution of critical payments and obligations.

+ Develop and maintain commercial operations processes.
