Job description

Procurement Contract Manager (Grade VII) (Permanent Wholetime) (Reference 534/2025) The Procurement Contract Manager will lead the end-to-end management of contracts across TU Dublin, covering planning, procurement, supplier performance oversight, risk management, and continuous improvement.

The role ensures that all procurement and contract management activities are fully compliant with Irish and EU public procurement legislation, with a strong emphasis on achieving value for money and supporting the Universitys strategic goals.

Working in close collaboration with Procurement Category Managers and Business Partners across TU Dublin, the Procurement Contract Manager will ensure that procurement strategies are aligned with institutional needs and that contracts are effectively governed to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for the University community.

Hours of Work:A 35 hour working week is in operation.

Location: The post will be based at one of the TU Dublin Campuses i.e. Aungier Street, Bolton Street, Grangegorman, Blanchardstown or Tallaght.

Regular attendance at other sites will be required.

Salary: The Grade VII Salary Scale is: €60,475 - €78,016 Appointments will be made at the appropriate point on the appropriate scale.
