Mixed Signal/RF Product Test Engineer Job Opening In ireland, Ireland – Now Hiring Chipright


Job description

Senior Product Test Development Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop High Performance Test solutions to allow first Silicon verification, Characterisation, Yield Analysis, Qualifications (AECQ100) and Release to the Manufacturing Test Site.
  •  Contribute to Design for Testability (DFT) & Build In Self Test (BIST) definitions and development, in order to reduce Full Factory Cost (FFC) and improved testability.
  • Development of Multi-Site, cost optimized production solutions at Wafer Probe and Final Test.
  • Engaging and support of offshore sites, to coordinate AECQ100 Qualifications, maintain production yield and high quality
  • Close engagement with Design, Bench Evaluation and Application Engineers.
  • Manage and maintain, project schedules that align with the product release date.
  • Qualifications/Experience
  •  Bachelor's degree with significant Electronic engineering or equivalent.

    Ideally 5 years’ experience in Mixed Signal/RF Test Development is preferable.
  • The ideal candidate should have a sound practical knowledge of analog and digital electronics, and show initiative in identifying and solving technical problems.
  • Proficiency in C, C++ and/or Visual Basic.
  • Mixed Signal/High Speed PCB design is essential.
  • Teradyne Flex/Catalyst experience in developing mixed signal applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a high level of performance, independently and in teams
  • Experience in any of the following areas is desired: Oscillators, Bandgaps, LDOs, Temp Sensors, ADC Test techniques, NVM (Nonvolatile Memory), Microcontrollers, Scan.
