To support our daring strategic growth initiatives, our Alliances Leadership team is hiring a MS Dynamics Solution Architect Director with experience in identifying, scoping and delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform tech-enables customer propositions and solutions.

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect, you’ll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, applying your technology experience and client relationship management skills, to advance projects and programmes from strategy to execution.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects for our clients

• Act as a technical expert and Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) SME for both technical and functional capabilities across the platform

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define, develop and implement the strategic direction and focus of Dynamics CE engagements

• Work with our ‘Go to Market’ teams on identifying business-led, technology-enabled customer propositions.
  
  

• Lead, prepare and present impactful proposals for new client work

• Lead projects to deliver results for clients within agreed budgets and timescales

• Guide teams of technologies on multiple assignments running simultaneously

• Drive the adoption of Dynamics features and technologies staying relevant with new capabilities

• Develop the PwC Ireland brand across the PwC network and in the Irish market, leading technical communities and knowledge-sharing

• Ensure excellent quality of project deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing

Experiences and skills

• BSc/MSc qualified with 10+ years technology consulting experience and a background in delivering end-to-end Dynamics implementation projects (both on-premises and online) including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, data migration (using tools such as KingswaySoft) and reporting

• In-depth knowledge of all modules of Dynamics 365 CE, including appropriate Architect level certifications.
  
  

• Experience working with and implementing client solutions on Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents etc.
  
  Experience working with Power Pages is desirable but not essential.
  
  

• Demonstrated ability in Azure Platform and Integration Services including LogicApps, Functions, Azure Service Bus etc.
  
  

• A people leader with experience developing high-performing technology delivery teams, coaching and mentoring team members in the creation of client facing Dynamics based solutions.
  
  

• Superb communication skills to effectively communicate the rationale behind architectural decisions to a broad set of client partners.
  
  

• Strong pre-sales experience/expertise with thought leadership on Solution offerings

• Experience of advising clients on CRM implementation using Dynamics platform
