Your Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our team, you will:

Craft Strategic Architectural Visions: Develop and refine the overarching technology architecture strategy to support our client’s financial services' business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Design Cutting-Edge Solutions: Architect scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that address complex business challenges and deliver value to our clients.

Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business leaders, IT experts, and third-party vendors to ensure a shared understanding and alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

Lead Technology Selection: Assess emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance our service offerings and operational efficiency.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all architectural designs adhere to financial regulations, security standards, and data protection laws.

Support Project Execution: Provide technical leadership across projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.

Manage Risks Proactively: Identify and mitigate potential risks within the technology landscape to maintain system integrity and reliability.

Drive Performance Improvements: Analyse current systems and processes to recommend enhancements that optimize performance and user experience.

Mentor and Develop Talent: Lead and nurture a team of architects and engineers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Champion Innovation: Stay at the forefront of FinTech advancements to integrate innovative solutions that keep us ahead in a competitive market.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

A bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture, preferably within the financial services industry, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.

Proficiency in modern technologies and architectural patterns.

Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure

A deep understanding of financial services operations, regulatory requirements, and emerging FinTech trends.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

A strategic mindset to align technology solutions with business goals and drive continuous improvement.

Experience of working with the Agile methodology.

Ideally, you will also have:

Relevant professional certifications (, TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) may be preferred or required.

Familiarity with Agile, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to improve the speed and quality of software development.

Experience working in or with international teams, understanding of global markets, and the ability to navigate cultural differences.

Experience in negotiating with and managing third-party vendors and service providers.

Ability to work across various domains and systems, and willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
