Trusteer group, part of IBM Software, is focused on identity fraud prevention.
We are a globally spread, with team members in Israel, USA, Japan, Brazil, Spain, Ireland.
Our products are deployed at major global customers, helping them prevent account take over fraud, detecting and stopping malware, and keeping transactions safe - across web and mobile applications.
We are a SaaS group: Trusteer systems are handling billions of transactions per month and are managing massive amounts of data under extreme load, providing real time API for risk assessment.
**Your role and responsibilities**
Trusteer ,an IBM Security Group, is seeking a Delivery Engineer/Technical Project manager who will be in charge of ensuring successful deployment via online self-service process for Trusteer’s customers.
Our Integration process includes the integration of Trusteer protections into the customer web and mobile applications and the setup of Trusteer’s client-side software to the customer’s specific needs.
Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end deployment of Trusteer products into customers’ applications - Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including Security, Support, Product and Sales to align on implementation architecture and project goals - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the deployment phase - Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues proactively - Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical problems - Ensure technical integrations are completed successfully and meet quality standards - Take care of internal maintenance tasks for the customers across the board - Continuously optimize deployment processes for efficiency and scalability
**Required technical and professional expertise**
· Deep understanding of web technologies (XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, REST API etc)
· Deep understanding of network topologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, firewall, load balancer proxy etc)
· Experience with Database and SQL
· Excellent collaboration skills, able to work well in a matrix organization
· Excellent customer facing communication skills
· Attention to the detail
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
· Information security background
· Additional languages (Spanish, French) proficiency
