Overview

PM Group are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to manage contractual aspects of civils, structures, and architecture (CSA) packages for a major pharmaceutical construction project in Belgium.

Responsibilities

  • Administer contracts for civil works, structural, and architectural packages
  • Manage subcontractor agreements and variations for CSA disciplines
  • Process and evaluate change orders and contract modifications
  • Coordinate with CSA contractors, consultants, and design teams
  • Monitor contract compliance and deliverable milestones
  • Prepare and review contract documentation, amendments, and extensions
  • Manage payment applications and certificate processes
  • Maintain comprehensive contract records and correspondence
  • Resolve contractual disputes and claims related to CSA works
  • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical construction standards and regulations
  • Support procurement activities for CSA packages
  • Coordinate with project management and commercial teams

  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years contracts administration experience
  • Construction industry background, preferably pharmaceutical/industrial projects
  • Knowledge of CSA construction processes and terminology
  • Experience with standard construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in contract management software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Fluent English required; French/Dutch language skills beneficial
  • Valid EU work authorization
  • Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Law, or related field
  • Professional certification in contract administration
  • Experience with pharmaceutical facility construction
  • Knowledge of Belgian construction regulations
