& SummaryAt PwC, the Transformation Office team plays a pivotal role in driving change across the Firm.Responsibilities
Change Impact Analysis:Evaluate the effects of proposed changes on business processes, systems, and people across the organisation
Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal teams to understand change requirements and communicate effectively.
Change Planning:Assistin the development and execution of change management plans, including timelines, resources, and communication strategies.
Documentation & Reporting:Maintainaccuraterecords of change activities and produce regular reports for leadership.
Training & Support:Support the creation of training materials andfacilitatesessions to prepare teams for change.
Risk Management:Identifypotential risks associated with change initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.
Continuous Improvement:Recommend enhancements to change management processes and tools.
Compliance & Governance:Ensure all changes align withFirmpolicies and regulatory requirements.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in change management, business analysis, or project coordination.
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g.,Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands.
Certification in Change Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) isadvantageous.
