Client Relationship Management: Be the main point of contact for the client, driving performance reviews and aligning sales activity with strategic goals.
Field Team Leadership: Manage 2 Field Sales Managers and a team of agents, ensuring territory coverage, performance, and training standards are met.
Sales & Growth Delivery: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and adapt to evolving client needs.
Operational Oversight: Maintain compliance, coach teams, and drive improvements across field operations.
Reporting & Insights: Deliver accurate sales reporting, manage CRM updates, and provide market insight to drive decision-making.
3+ years’ experience in account management, client services or field sales (field experience essential)
Utilities, energy, or telecoms background strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Commercially focused with a proven sales track record
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Resilient, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
