Position Overview

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs leader to manage our regulatory team and oversee medical device regulatory efforts for our CGMs in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

Responsibilities include obtaining regulatory approvals, managing registrations, and ensuring compliance of promotional materials.

The role also involves providing strategic regulatory guidance for initiatives like new manufacturing site validation and certification.

Success Factors

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience
  • 2-5 years of management or leadership experience
  • Experience with European and/or Middle Eastern medical device regulations; African and Latin American experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, mentor, and develop talent
  • Strong process development skills and efficiency improvement mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with CGMs or diabetes devices is preferred
