The Ideal Partner Profile 

You are an established recruitment professional who: 

• Has 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships in your local market. 

• Is ready for independence - You have been thinking about starting your own operation but want the backing of an established brand 

• OR has recently launched an independent recruitment business and seeks strategic partnership to accelerate growth 

• Possesses strong industry networks and the ability to generate business through existing relationships 

• Values collaboration while maintaining entrepreneurial drive 

• Understands market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment 

• Has the ambition to build a sustainable, profitable recruitment operation

Requirements

Essential 

• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience 

• Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently  

• Strong client relationship management skills 

• Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities 

• Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices 

• Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential) 

Desirable 

• Existing client base or business pipeline 

• Specialization in high-demand sectors 

• Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems 
• Previous experience running a business or managing P&L 
• Established network within your business community

Keller Haldren does not currently operate as an employment agency in Ireland and does not hold an Irish Employment Agency Licence.

This listing is an Expression of Interest for an independent contractor/authorised partner opportunity.

Any recruitment services in Ireland will be carried on only by the appointed partner under their own Irish Employment Agency Licence and suitable premises in the State, in line with the Employment Agency Act 1971.

Until such a licensed partner is appointed, Keller Haldren will not carry on employment-agency activities in Ireland.
